Refunds are available for products purchased directly through zylavelix.pro. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Returned products must show no visible signs of use, damage, or alteration. ZYLAVELIX reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet inspection standards.
