5. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of ZYLAVELIX unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of payment. Services already rendered, custom work completed, or subscription periods partially used may not be eligible for refund.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ZYLAVELIX makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYLAVELIX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. Termination

ZYLAVELIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. Upon termination, users must cease all use of services and settle any outstanding payments immediately.

8. Governing Law and Legal Compliance

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international business regulations and relevant jurisdictional laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.
